Self Defense Class

This self defense class will be a six week series that will occur every other Wednesday for a total of six sessions (spread out over 12 weeks). Each class is stand-alone, meaning you can attend any one class you would like and you won't feel lost just because you haven't attended them all. Below is a brief description of what each class will cover. May 10th focus on hand striking, vital areas to attack level 1, and escaping grabs part 1. May 24th focus on kicking, vital areas level 2, and escaping grabs/holds part 2. June 7th advanced striking and kicking, vital areas level 3, and escaping being pinned against a wall. June 21st how to escape being pinned on ground, and escaping holds part 3. July 5th focus on weapons of opportunity and vital areas level 4, and knife attacks. July 19th safety and basic defense against a gun. Each class will be only $4 for members or $10 for walk-ins.
