Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood and your health. But what do you do if you just can't seem to make yourself do it? If that's your reflexive question, this is your program! Just 30 days easing into movement in ways that don't overwhelm or exhaust you. The first thing you will notice is that there is very little to this challenge and lots of repetition and this is very much on purpose! This program is designed to begin to gently create new habits and, eventually, more physical stability, in someone just starting out.
