At New Age Fitness, we continue to evolve a calendar of classes that reflect our philosophy on the types of exercise we believe to contribute to overall fitness: mind, body and spirit.
We are dedicated to creating a warm and safe environment where we all work together to achieve overall wellness. Our small, cozy studio contains a collection of everyday people of all ages and fitness levels. Come get well while forming lifelong friendships!
All of our classes are open to the public. You never have to reserve your spot ahead. You simply show up and pay $10 per class. If you decide you like our classes, you can sign up for our monthly draft program where you will unlimited classes for as low as $35 per month!
At New Age Fitness LLC, we have a very comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you – your long- and short-term goals as well as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. We also take into account your age, body composition, and gender to develop a fitness plan tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. In addition to learning about who you are by spending the time reading about and talking to you, we do a thorough assessment which includes a state-of-the-art InBody scan so that we know exactly what is going on inside your body! After we design your gym regimen, we’ll still be by your side to support you, motivate you and help you reach your goals.
It’s not a quick fix, it’s a way of life
In addition to your in-person training, there is ongoing support at home with your own customized app which will help you with at-home exercise, nutrition and goal setting. The exercise and diet plan we will design for you is meant to be a lifestyle plan, not an overnight fix. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone your body, or build muscle, we will develop a program that will fit your lifestyle and give you all the tools necessary to gain discipline and achieve your goals. If you find that your fitness regimen is not yielding the results you had hoped for, we can reevaluate your fitness and nutritional plan and make modifications. No matter what stage you are at, our training staff will always be there to help you achieve your goals, improve your form, and provide you with health tips.
45 Minute Individual Training Sessions
These sessions are tailored to your specific fitness needs. They can include (but are not limited to) strengthening and toning, flexibility, balance, nutrition, goal setting and behavior modification (for weight loss as well as other lifestyle changes).
45 minute sessions for small groups of friends, co-workers and occasionally groups assembled by the trainer, based on the common needs of multiple clients.

When you sign up for our Weight Loss Support Program, you are agreeing to a year contract.
Because we don't believe in quick fixes!
Our approach is unique in that we won't be handing you a pre-printed menu plan and sending you on your way. Instead, we sit down with you and work, and rework, your program as much as you need it! Every person in unique and we recognize that. We recognize that most weight loss plans fail but we also recognize why. Its because most plans don't take into account that there are deep rooted physical and psychological elements at play. We dig deep and aim to make permanent change. When you agree to a year, you are agreeing that this is finally FOR LIFE!

Use our cutting edge technology to determine your body composition, including muscle development in all four limbs as well as your core. You will come in now to do your initial scan which will show you your starting point. You can schedule your follow-up scan anywhere from six weeks to one year after your initial scan which will give you a comparison of how your body has changed during that time.
